The design of the cleaning heads is characterized by minimized components and reduced dead space. The performance of the cleaners is perfectly adjusted to the cleaning requirements with jet geometries and nozzle number and rotation speed resp. coordinated with the customer. In addition, the cleaning heads are fitted with an extremely effective self cleaning function. Of course, every cleaning process is reproduceable and validateable. The heads made of high-class material, have a unique surface quality and an almost loss-free cross flow and provide high efficiency.

DunosS

DUNOSS produces a uniform cleaning pattern on the vessel wall. The complete surface is moistened. In order to obtain an effective cleaning, we offer both standard nozzle arrangements and arrangements optimizing the application.

DunosR

The surge cleaner DUNOSR is an internal cleaning nozzle with a rotating spraying body. Actuation is made over the cleaning medium. The self-cleaning design reaches, by means of rotation, the moistening of the complete surface. In order to obtain an effective cleaning, the arrangement of the respective jet patterns can be matched to the existing contamination and vessel geometry depending on the requirement. Beyond this, standards are available, of course.

DunosRB

The cleaners DUNOSRB are turbine-driven
nozzle spraying heads. The nozzle reaches, at each rotation,
the complete surface to be moistened.
The jets can be individually designed. The strength of the cleaner is its slow and continuous spraying onto the vessel wall. The high residence time at the spot to be cleaned guarantees a reliable cleaning.

DunosR-VAL

The cleaners DUNOSR-VAL are surge cleaners whose
function can be monitored from outside. The rotating
nozzle head gives a signal directly to the monitoring
electronics. Not only rotation is monitored, but also the
adjustable minimum number of revolutions. The display
directly at the device indicates the due function
during cleaning by means of a green LED. A 24 V
signal is produced between minimum number of
revolutions and desired number of revolutions,
which can be monitored by a higher-level control
to the integrated interface.

DunosO

DUNOSO produces an orbital (spatial) cleaning pattern
based on the rotating motion of the head with
simultaneous rotation of the nozzles. Owing to this,
it is guaranteed that the complete surface of the vessel
to be cleaned is mechanically cleaned. Both the residence
time and the possible high pressures assure a strong
mechanical cleaning of the vessel wall. The liquid-saving
functioning is ecologically friendly and provides a safe
result, even in case of low pressures.

DunosRN

You need a cleaner having a specific spraying pattern and a strong mechanical cleaning effect against incrustations and deposits?

The cleaners DUNOSRN, as the DUNOSOseries, are hydraulically driven over turbines. The nozzle achieves a high cleaning effect in large vessels with controlled mass application.
The spraying pattern, which can be selectively optimized for your process, provides results you had to do without till now, even only one cleaner is used. Don’t do without the progress. We will create a cleaner for you which will meet your requirements.
The special strength of this cleaner arises for example wherever you have to achieve much with small quantities, such as at the cleaning of whirlpools in breweries or large-volume batch vessels of the industrial chemistry.
