Easy installation, maintenance-free drive

KIESELMANN butterfly valves are the space-saving solution for shutting down product flows in process plants and on panels and containers hygienically and cost-effectively. They are also available as intermediate flange butterfly valves as well as numerous other connection variants, such as welding and threaded ends.

We manufacture all valves at our headquarters in Knittlingen.

The sealing elements used all have proof of suitability for use in the food industry. The ergonomic heat protection handle of our butterfly valves is available as 360° all-round switching, with 90° locking and optionally also with  switching limitation. Alternatively, these valves are also available with a stainless steel handle.

Automatically cost-effective

You do not have to go without automation with this cost-effective valve solution. On the contrary, for automatic operation, the butterfly valves can be equipped with a pneumatic rotary actuator . Our modular system makes it possible to change over quickly and easily from manual to pneumatic drive without removing the valves from the piping system. The drives are available with sensors or control head KI-TOP.

KIESELMANN pneumatic rotary actuators are characterised by a particularly high torque. The closed version in stainless steel housing is completely maintenance-free. We give you a 5-year guarantee. The standard position indicator lets you know at any time how the valve is switched. The practical end position detector ensures permanently reliable feedback without the hassle of readjusting the limit switches.
